Vision of B.Ed. Program
The vision of the Bachelor of Education program is centered on promoting quality education to the students enrolled at UMC. This is achieved by preparing highly qualified teachers.
Objective of B.Ed. Program
The objective of B.Ed. Programme is to produce qualified human resource for the educational fields of the nation. It focuses on enhancing the educational skills such as lesson planning, managing schools and educational institutions, designing national, local and school level of curriculums, evaluation and measurement of the achievements of the young learners at schools and foster better learning environment through innovation and use of both modern as well as the local traditional technologies. The B.Ed. program at UMC has the following objectives:
- To produce qualified human resource and teachers as per the national requirement for the schools of country.
- To inculcate the skills essential for being educators, education experts, educational managers, and school administrators.
- To contribute for the rise and progress of the educational field of the nation.
- To provide consultancy services in the areas of planning, managing, curriculum designing, evaluation and measurement of the achievements of the learners at schools.
- To enable the teachers to conduct researches in the areas of psychology, curriculum, evaluation and measurement, existing practices and expected innovation in teaching-learning fields and disseminate the research outcomes to the concerned stakeholders.
